Where is my mermaid? is based on an emotion, the desire to be taken deep down with a mermaid. It is a story about a self-finding journey of sexuality resembled with being taken down with a mermaid and finding belonging in a community in this new world. The desired figure taking shape as a mermaid resembles how sexuality and intimacy can be explored without the normalised urge of including genitals for sexual desire. The world of the mermaids is a mysterious world. It is a world that some outstanding people refuse to see and believe in, but deep down in the waters, we are all together and there for each other. We are free and loved. We belong and accept.

The story is put together in form of a large, ongoing panel from original screen prints, and in form of a book of 24 pages.
